Abstract
Objective:To improve the quality of transfusion during hospital transport in emergency patients and ensure safe hospital transport for emergency patients.Methods:Healthcare failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)were used,management flow chart for emergency patients in hospital transport process were drew.Failure modes,causes and consequences of failure were analyzed.Risk score matrix and the decision tree were used to screen.The links for improvement transfusion and an action improvement program was developed and implemented.Results:After the implementation of the improved scheme,the 4 indexes of plugging pipe,fixed loos-ening,light avoiding measures and non use of transfusion frame had been improved obviously(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of medical failure mode and effect analysis method could optimize the transfusion management process in the emergency hospital and improve the quality of intravenous infusion.关键词
