摘要

Abstract

This experiment used two years Panax ginseng C.A.Mey as material to study the effects of five foliar-fertilizer including Alginic acid,Algin,medical TIANDA2116,ZHIXINGAOMEI,JINZHENGDA monopotassium phosphate on the effect P.ginseng C.A.Mey Growth and control efficiency of spot blight.The results indicated that five foliar-fertilizer had significant effects on chlorophyll content,plant height,root diameter,rootlength,fresh and dry weight and and the element uptake in the P.ginseng C.A.Meyer.Root diameter and fresh root weight of the treatment 2 were the higherst.Compared with CK,they increased19.42%,12.29% and 29.59%,respectively.The comprehensive comparative analysis of the effect of five foliar fertilizer to controlspot blight indicated that the treatment of Algin had the significant control effect by evaluation of incidence rate,disease index,average control effects.Its significant control effect was 69.58%.The determination of the elements in P.ginseng C.A.indicated that the content of potassium ofP.ginseng C.A.in the root,aboveground and whole plant of the treatment Algin were the 13.85mg/g,14.86mg/g and 28.71mg/g,respectively,all were the highest among the five treatments,and the next was treatment 4,there were no differences between the two treatments.Content of whole plant of treatment KANGPU Alginic acid was the lowest.The results of this study indicated that treatment Algin had the best effect on promote growth of P.ginseng C.A.and increase control effect among the five foliar fertilizers.Root length of ZHIXINGAOMEI was 9.32cm,which was the longest among all treatment,and the results indicated that Mg fertilizer could also promote growth of P.ginseng C.A.Meyer to some extent.
