Abstract
The ICP-MS method was established for detect the contents of 14 heavy metals in Houttuynia cordata Thunb.,Mn,Zn,Cu,Co,Ti,Sn,Sb,Ba,Cr,Ni,As,Pb,Hg and Cd.The linear relationship between the concentration of each element was 0.151μg/L-695μg/L,the correlation coefficient r of each element was greater than 0.999 7,the detection limit was 0.002μg/L-5.120μg/L,the recovery rate was 97.6%-103.8%,the relative standard deviation (RSD) were≤3.15%.The contents of Cu,As,Pb,Hg and Cd in Hr.cordata were lower than those of national standard.The established ICP-MS method has good sensitivity,precision,repeatability and accuracy.And the content of heavy metals in H.cordata Thunb was determined,which provided experimental basis for its safety and quality standard formulation,and provided reference for the further study and development of the medicinal and medicinal value ofH.cordata.关键词
