石墨烯改性落棉纤维的结构及其吸附性能
Structure and absorption properties of graphene modified noil fiber

Abstract
In order to improve the hydrophobicity of natural cotton fiber to expand its application in oil absorption,adopting comber noil fiber as substrate,using self-assembly method to attach the graphene oxide to the fiber surface,then the graphene modified noil fibers were prepared by thermal reduction. The microstructure and structure of the fiber were characterized by scanning electron microscope,infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffraction and Raman spectrometer, and the absorption performance of the modified noil fiber was studied.The results show that the surface of modified noil fiber has a laminar structure and the fibers are rough.Addition of graphene improves the saturated oil absorption ratio and lipophilic-hydrophobic property of the modified noil fiber.When the concentra-tion of graphene oxide is 0.5 mg/mL,thermal reduction temperature is 150℃,the saturated oil absorption rate of modified noil fiber can reach 42.67 g/g,however,the raw noil fiber is only 25.64 g/g;the modified noil fiber has good reusability and the change of its absorption is less than 6.5%;graphene can be firmly attached to the fiber, the saturated oil absorption rate of modified noil fiber only decreased by 7% under ultrasonic condition.关键词
