Abstract

In order to increase the rejection rate of the nanofiltration hollow fiber membrane, the high performance composite nanofiltration hollow fiber membrane was studied by combining the unique seperation effect of the nanofiltration membrane and the advantages of hollow fiber based on the polysulfone hollow fiber ultrafiltration support membrane through the complementary advantages of synergistic effect.The feasibility of the poly system of piperazine amide was studied and the optimal coating method of the system was explored.To investigate the rejection rate of the homemade nanofiltration membranes, different valence state of salt solutions and sugar intercept performance were studied.The result showed that the rejection rate of divalent salt was up to 98.02% and the water flux was 79.2 L/(m2·h)while the concentration of aqueous solution concentration was 2.0% and the concentration of organic phase solution was 2 g/L. The effect of the time and velocity of blowing the circulation rate and heat treatment of the aqueous solution was not great during the preparation process.
