摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy and stability in the determination of Hg(Ⅱ)in complex sample,a sensitive method was developed for the determination of Hg(Ⅱ)using fiber-in-tube solid-phase microextraction with thiourea functioned chelate fiber for the preconcentration of trace amount of Hg(Ⅱ)prior to determination by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer. The main factors influencing the preconcentration and extraction of Hg(Ⅱ),pH of the aqueous solution,sample flow rate,eluent concentration,eluent volume,and eluent flow rate were investigated.The results indicated that under the optimized conditions, the process including preliminary enrichment by 50 times.The relative standard deviations at the limit of quantification(0.001 μg/L)were 7.24% (n = 6). The proposed method has the advantages of convenience, high sensitivity and accuracy for use in detection of Hg(Ⅱ)in complex matrices.
