Abstract
In order to investigate the purification process of natural gas purification plant,CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) was used to simulate the internal situation.The distributions of velocity,pressure and tubulence energy and the trajectory of particles were obtained. The results show that the purification plant effectively combines sedimentation technology, cyclone separation technology and deep filtering technology together and ensures that the airflow in sedimentation unit and deep filtering can keep steady and the flow rate is low, but in cyclone separation unit, the flow rate is higher. All of these greatly improve the separation efficiency of the purification plant. In the purification process, sedimentation unit and cyclone separation unit are used as pre-processing stage to separate the larger particles. Deep filtration unit with different density gradient hollow fiber filter material has high filtration capacity,and it also improves separation accuracy of the purification plant.关键词
