摘要

Abstract

Based on the principle of heat exchange between hot and cold, a improved heat exchanger network is proposed, aiming at solving the problem of unreasonable utilization of cold energy in DHX process used by a domestic gas field. The improved networks is verified by using the exergy analytical method and the results show that the exchange between hot and cold is feasible and the exergy efficiency of the improved heat exchanger networks is above 99%. HYSYS is used to compare two heat exchanger networks on the energy consumption of hot and cold utility at same propane recovery and the adaptability to feed gas temperature change. The results show that the improved scheme consumes less energy at the same propane recovery rate, but the improved scheme's adaptability to feed gas temperature is not good as the old one when it is above 35℃.
