摘要

Abstract

Several new technologies for recovery and utilization of polyethylene tail gas are introduced. Among them, the technology developed by Sichuan Tianyi is simple and has high recovery rates of hydrocarbon components and nitrogen, by which, the recovered nitrogen has a purity of more than 98% and a hydrogen volume fraction of less than 0.1% with a nitrogen recovery of more than 99%, and the recovery of hydrocarbon components after the nitrogen recycling to the de-gas bin for reuse is 100%. The recovered light hydrocarbon can be used as the feedstock of ethylene plant or other purposes,and the near-zero emission is achieved.
