摘要
Abstract
Expulsive suprachoroidal hemorrhage (SCH)is a rare complication of intraocular surgery,which severely threatens the visual acuity.In spite of continuous progression of therapeutic approaches,the clinical prognosis of visual acuity remains relatively poor.SCH possesses typical clinical manifestations,whereas the etiology and pathogenesis of SCH remains elusive.Intraoperative ocular and systemic factors probably induce the incidence of SCH.Intraoperative emergent management and the timing of secondary surgery are of great significance.Secondary surgeries mainly include scleral incision and drainage,vitrectomy,recombinant tissue plasminogen activator-assisted surgery,etc.However,the optimal treatment is still controversial.Medication therapy yields certain clinical efficacy in the management of relatively slight SCH.This article summarizes the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,susceptible factors and therapeutic methods of SCH.关键词
