摘要
Abstract
Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitides (AAV) is a type of multiple systemic autoimmune vasculitis with atypical clinical manifestations,which is constantly complicated with multiple systemic damage.The clinical prognosis of AAV patients is poor if left untreated.In recent years,the survival rate of AAV patients has been significantly enhanced due to widespread usage of glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants.AAV has evolved from a fatal disease into a chronic recurrent condition accompanied by progressive organ injury and dysfunction.At present,how to improve the long-term individualized management of AAV patients is a challenging issue.Hence,clinical evaluation,prevention and treatment of relevant complications of AAV patients were summarized in this article,aiming to provide reference for clinicians.关键词
