摘要

Abstract

Color performance of the monitor varies with time and environmental conditions.In this pa-per,the color performance of the monitor is chosen as the research object,and a systematic test is de-signed.An orthogonal test is used to analyse that how the color temperature,brightness and Gamma value affect the color ability of EIZO ColorEdge color CG247 and Dell P2714H,and determine a best calibration conditions for them.Furthermore,we test the spatial uniformity and time stability of the monitors,which is a guidance on how to make better use of the monitors in soft proofing.Experimen-tal results show that the color temperature has the biggest influence on both of the monitors,Gamma value is next,brightness is minimum.The best color rendering condition of the displays are equal to color temperature 6500K,brightness 120cd/m2and Gamma value 2.2,but the average color differ-ence of Dell P2714H is 1.06,which is higher than that of EIZOCG247.Besides,there are similar spa-tial homogeneity and time stability on them.
