通过对2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V钢大直径封头采用埋弧焊(交流)方法拼接后整体热成形,再经正火(水加速冷却)+回火恢复材料性能热处理和模拟焊后热处理后的性能试验,表明封头拼缝的力学性能、抗回火脆化敏感性和高温持久试验均满足ASME BPVC.Ⅷ.2及API 934-A规范要求.同时,对封头本体拼缝取样进行各项性能检验,证明该封头拼缝的制造工艺合理可行.

The large diameter head made of 2.25Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel plate was integrally hot formed after the completion of spliced weld by submerged arc welding method (AC),then was performed normalizing (water accelerated cooling)and tempering heat-treatment for material property recovery and simulate post weld heat treatment,finally the spliced weld of head was testified that mechanical properties,tempering embrittlement resistance,and high temperature creep rup…查看全部>>
