System Dynamics Study on Human Unsafe Behavior Intervention Strategy in Oil-gas Storage Tank Area

Abstract
As to study human unsafe behavior intervention strategy in oil-gas tank area,based on the theory and method of svstem dynamics (SD),the influence factor system of human unsafe behavior in this area was constructed,and then the three-level intervention index was determined.According to the relationship among the indexes,the causal cycle diagram and the stock flow diagram were established,and human unsafe behaviors in storage tank area were qualitative and quantitative simulated dynamically from two macro perspectives and five micro perspectives.The result indicates that the inhibition of human unsafe behavior in tank area needs long term and continuous intervention.In macro indexes,the intervention effect of internal cause index on system unsafe behavior is obvious;in micro indexes,the descending order of intervention effect of each micro index on system unsafe behavior is the feeling factor,cognitive level,team factors,leadership factors and environmental factor.Therefore,strengthening the targeted intervention of internal indicators and feeling factor indicators can effectively inhibit the human unsafe behavior level in the storage tank area.关键词
