摘要

Abstract

Active components in Maca (Lepidium meyenii Walp) from Yunnan and Peru were analyzed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.There is much difference in species and contents of active components between Maca from Yunnan and Peru due to the different growing environment.Though Maca from Yunnan and Peru contains the active components including L-arginine,L-proline,N-benzyloctanamide,lepidiline A,allyl glucosinolate,2-oxopropyl acetate,D-allose,palmitic acid,linoleic acid,disaccharide,benzyl glucosinolate,m-methoxybenzyl glucosinolate and so forth,the contents of them were different.In addition,the primary active components between Maca from Yunnan and Peru were different.The result suggests that the active component of Maca from Shangri-La is near to that of Maca from Peru.
