阿托伐他汀钙片联合依折麦布片治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化的临床研究
Clinical trial of atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerosis(CAS).Methods A total of 94 patients with CAS were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,47 cases in each group.Control group was given atorvastatin calcium 10 mg,qd.Treatment group was given ezetimibe 10 mg,qd,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated for 30 d.The levels of blood lipid indexes,inflammatory factors,homocysteine (Hcy),liver function,target lesion vascular parameters and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol (TC) in treatment group and control group were (3.21 ±0.44)and (4.36 ±0.61)mmol · L-1,levels oftriglyceride (TG) were (2.18 ± 0.27) and (2.67 ± 0.32) mmol · L-1,levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)were (1.12 ± 0.15) and (0.94 ± 0.11) mmol · L-1,levels of LDL-C were (1.93 ± 0.26) and (2.73 ± 0.36) mmol · L-1,levels of hypersensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) were (2.49 ±0.33)and(3.38 ±0.44) mg · L-1,levels of interleukin-8 (IL-8) were (16.26 ± 2.08) and (20.74 ± 2.88) pg · mL-1,levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)were(161.18 ± 20.55) and (223.43 ± 28.37) ng · L-1,levels of Hcy were (11.19 ± 1.44) and (16.42 ± 2.28) μmol · L-1,levels of lumen volume were (54.64 ± 5.87) and (57.72 ± 6.07) mm3,all had significant difference (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions were gastrointestinal reaction,muscle pain in treatment group and control group,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in treatment group and control group were 8.51％ (4 cases/47 cases) and 10.64％ (5 cases/47 cases),without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe can improve the dyslipidemia in patients with CAS,can reduce the plaque,blood Hcy and hs -CRP levels,and do not increase the burden on liver.关键词
