酒石酸美托洛尔片联合左卡尼汀注射剂治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床研究
Clinical trial of metoprolol tartrate tablet in combination with levocarnitine injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety profile of metoprolol tartrate in combination with levocarnitine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n =49 cases) and control group (n =49 cases).The control group received oral administration of 6.25 mg of metoprolol tartrate twice daily,while the treatment group received intravenous injection of 2 g of levocarnitine once daily on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 d.The clinical efficacy,the level of serum galactose lectin-3 (Gal-3),carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and N-terminal fragment of the prohormone brain-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) level,as well as the incidences of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two group.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 93.87％ (46 cases /49 cases) and 71.42％ (35 cases/46 cases),respectively,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the level of serum Ga1-3 [(4.19 ±0.59) vs (5.64 ±0.73)μg · L-1],CA125 [(48.16 ±5.54) vs (73.47±8.02)U·L-1] andNT-proBNP [(291.93±36.30) vs (389.61± 45.60) μg · L-1] (P＜0.05).The adverse drug reactions in the treatment group and the control group were aminoenzyme and headache,and the incidences of adverse drug reactions were 22.44％ (11 cases/49 cases) and 18.37％ (9 cases/49 cases),respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate in combination with levocarnitine exerted high clinical efficacy and safety profile in the treatment chronic heart failure.关键词
