黔产苎麻根中有机酸类化学成分及抗氧化活性研究
Study of organic acid part from roots of Boehmeria nivea and its antioxidant activity

Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of organic acid part in the roots of Boehmeria nivea.Methods The roots of B.nivea were extracted with 95% ethanol and then extracted by petro-leum ether,ethyl acetate,and n-butyl alcohol,respectively.The chemical constituents were isolated by using various column chromatographic from ethyl acetate fraction.All compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical constants and spectral analysis.The antioxidant activity was determined by the inhibition capacity of clear 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical.Results Seven compounds were obtained and determined to be p-hydroxybenzoic acid,femlic acid,protocatechuic acid,pyrogallic acid,5-caffeoylquinic acid,chlorogenic acid,and caffeic acid.The components were screened by antioxidant activity site,and the IC50 were 32,57,38,54,39,76,58 μg · mL-1,respectively.Conclusion Compound 1-5 were isolated from the plant for the first time.All the compounds showed certain antioxidant activity.关键词
