Abstract
This article introduced the current development situation of polypropylene (PP) resins for automobiles and also overviewed the application status of PP-based modified materials in vehicles.Moreover,the trend in development of PP-based automotive plastics was predicted.PP resins with a high modulus,high impact-resistance and high fluidity become major automotive plastics.The modified PP-based automotive plastics included inorganic-filler-reinforced and elastomer-toughened PP,glass-fiber-reinforced PP,modified PP with total low volatile organic compounds,scratchresistant PP,etc.The recycling and reuse of PP-based automotive plastics has also become more and more important.关键词
