落石冲击下单压式拱形明洞的回填方式
Backfill Modes of Single-Pressure Arch-Shaped Open Tunnel under Rockfall Impact
摘要
Abstract
In order to learn the influence of different backfill modes on the mechanical performance of archshaped open tunnel structure,with dynamic finite element method,the single-pressure arch-shaped open tunnel for passenger dedicated line with double-track was taken as the research object.4 kinds of filling materials,namely,concrete,tamping gravel soil,clay and accumulated soil were selected respectively to carry out 4 different ways of backfill between arch ring and wing wall,at the outside of wing wall and on the top of arch crown.Including without backfill condition,there were total 5 different working conditions being analyzed.The mechanical response of open tunnel under rockfall impact was simulated.The stresses,displacements and subgrade reactions at arch crown,spandrel,arch springing,wing wall and inverted arch were compared and analyzed.The stresses,displacements and subgrade reactions at different parts under each working condition were graded.Each score corresponding to each working condition was added up to get the total,based on which each working condition was comprehensively evaluated.Results show that the way of concrete filled between arch ring and wing wall is better than that of tamping gravel soil and clay in cushioning under rockfall impact and structure stress under dead weight.But attention should be paid to the bearing capacity of wing wall basement foundation.The structure stress is notably improved with accumulated soil backfilled at the outside of wing wall,while the subgrade reaction of wing wall is increased.Compared with the hard tamping gravel soil or concrete,the soft clay as the cushion material on the top of arch crown is more beneficial to the structure stress on the top of arch crown,but is unfavorable to the mechanical performance of arch springing on the side of wing wall and inverted arch.关键词
