基于MBSE的动车组设计方法研究及应用

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of traditional text-based system engineering methods,such as inconsistent information,confusing versioning and poor readability during the EMU design,the Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) method was adopted to study the design method suitable for EMU,and the applicability was studied with the door control system of a certain type of EMU as an example.Results show that the design method of EMU based on MBSE includes three design stages of requirement analysis,function decomposition and system architecture generation,and also four design loops linking each design stage.Based on SysML language,the requirement and use case models of door control system,function models as well as logical and physical architecture models are constructed.The relationships between them are established,which demonstrates that the proposed design method is suitable for the design task of EMU.The proposed design method not only can effectively support the internal design process expression of EMU,but also ensure the relevance and consistency between different requirements,functions,structures and behavior models.The design results can be traced back to help designers optimize the existing design iterative process.关键词
