气相色谱法检测再造烟叶浓缩液浓度
Determination of concentration of concentrated solution in reconstituted tobacco manufacturing process by gas chromatography

Abstract
In order to determine accurate concentration of reconstituted tobacco concentrate, gas chromatography based method was developed. Treatment conditions including extraction solvent, extraction time and sample weight were optimized. Results showed that: 1) the optimal determination results were achieved when 1 g of sample was extracted under shaking for 10 min using 100 mL of methanol as extraction solvent and isopropanol as internal standard. 2) The variation coeffi cient of repeat test was ranged from 0.572 to 0.681%, the variation coeffi cient of reproducibility test varied from 0.694 to 1.227%, the recoveries range was from 100.3 to 101.7%, the detection limit was 0.0144%, the quantifi cation limit was 0.048%. 3) Compared with oven drying method, this method can achieve a more accurate result by eliminating errors due to volatilization of volatile components under high temperature .关键词
