The Influence of the LEC Active Layer on the Electroluminescent Performance
摘要
Abstract
Due to the thin,soft,flexible,uniform luminous,energy saving and environmental protection characteristics,light emitting capacitor (LEC) has gradually emerged in the field of lighting,providing an energy-saving and low carbon flat light source for the market.In this paper,the LEC active layer were reviewed,mainly including the active layer of the materials,silicon-rich content and active layer thickness of the study.And the influence was summarized of the LEC active layer on the electroluminescent performance.关键词
