摘要

Abstract

Due to the thin,soft,flexible,uniform luminous,energy saving and environmental protection characteristics,light emitting capacitor (LEC) has gradually emerged in the field of lighting,providing an energy-saving and low carbon flat light source for the market.In this paper,the LEC active layer were reviewed,mainly including the active layer of the materials,silicon-rich content and active layer thickness of the study.And the influence was summarized of the LEC active layer on the electroluminescent performance.
