摘要

Abstract

According to the existing problems of bottom die coating in being used for low-pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub,the specific reasons were found out for the formation of pickup,mould pull and rough at the bottom die.It is proposed that in the low-pressure casting process,because of its unreasonable composition and single structure,the existing bottom die coating easily fall off or being scoured and worn thin, and even making metal die exposed to aluminum liquid and be corroded to form pickup.Improvement methods for the existing bottom die coating were given on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its composition.By improving the composition and combining suitable spray technics, using effects of bottom die coating for low-pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub were obviously improved and appearances of final product were improved also,and the productivity has been risen greatly.
