摘要

Abstract

In order to study the influence of structural parameters of commutation system on the working performance of hydraulic impactor,based on the gas-liquid joint drive type hydraulic impactor,a high speed solenoid valve was used as a pilot valve and the two cartridge valve was matched with the main valve,which replaced the traditional hydraulically-commutated valve flow reversing system,and the mathematical model of valve reversing system was established.Under multi-domain modeling and simulation software AMEsim platform,the united simulation model of hydraulic impactor was built.The velocity and displacement curves of the piston under different spool mass and spring stiffness were obtained.The results show that the lighter the mass of the main spool,the greater the spring stiffness,the shorter the time required for the impact pison to reach the maximum impact velocity and maximum displacement,and the higher impact efficiency,which provides some guidance for improving the quality of the impactor.
