摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the safety performance of spraying car,and avoid injuries because of collision,rollover and other accidents,we need design a safe and reliable cab.In this paper,it will study the cab which is designing for the spraying car.Firstly,we established a precise three-dimensional model of the cab,and then it was analyzed by using 1inear finite element method and according to the OECD standard.The results show that after loading in the cab,parts of the beam have been plastically deformed,but it haven't intrude to the DLV region.There are some stress concentrations in the welding position.After the all kinds of conditions,the maximum deformation of the cab conform the test requirements.And the maximum deformation occurs at the part where is loading.Through the analyzing,we can make sure that the cab has adequate security,and it's able to provide a reference for passing the OECD experiment.
