曲轴连杆颈圆度的离线测量方法研究
Research on the Offline Roundness Measurement Method for Crankshaft Pin Journal
摘要
Abstract
The roundness of crankshaft pin journal is the key parameter which affects the performance of automobile engine,but the measurement of the roundness of crankshaft pin journal is difficult,and the process of data is more complicated.To solve the problem,a new method by the way of macro combined with micro was put forward to apply to the measurement of the pin journal's roundness by using the tool of the Crankshaft comprehensive measuring instrument based on a LVDT probe,and it analyzes both the installation eccentricity and the relationship between the work pieces corner and the angle of measurement and then to evaluate the roundness of the section.The method belongs to contact measurement with the traits of high accuracy and simple algorithm and is also applicable to the measurement of large crankshaft parts.关键词
