摘要
Abstract
It explores the clinical factors before operation which effects the axillary lymph nodes metastasis in breast cancer patients.We have done the retrospective analysis to the clinical data in 565 patients with breast cancer.All the patients are female,aged between 24 ～91 years old,the median age is 54 years old.The axillary lymph nodes metastasis exist in 205 patients(36.3％).The single factor analysis results show that the tumor size and the pathological type are statistical significance.(P ＜0.01).The axillary lymph nodes metastasis rate is low in the breast cancer patients with the tumor size less than 2 cm and the non-invasive type in pathology.These patients can benefit from the sentinel lymph node biopsy.关键词
