分区定位法在胸腔镜肺小结节切除术中的应用OACSTPCD
Application of regional localization method in thoracoscopic resection of small pulmonary nodule
目的 研究分区定位法在胸腔镜肺小结节切除术中的应用.方法 应用肺小结节分区定位法对68例肺部小结节进行术中定位,术中观察分区定位法的临床效果,并对肺小结节最大直径和距胸膜最小距离应用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)寻找最佳节点.结果 65例一次性成功定位,成功率95.6％;肺小结节最大直径最佳节点为1.0 cm,距胸膜最短距离最佳节点为1.3 cm.结论 分区定位法用于胸腔镜肺小结节切除手术准确率高.
