摘要

Abstract

Many urban sewage plants are faced with upgrading and reconstruction engineering such,as upgrading secondary standard to first B standard or first B to first A standard since "The Action for Water Pollution Prevention and Control " is carried out.Building and improving the process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal,making hydrodynamic conditions better,dosing filler,adding external carbon source,adjusting operating conditions,and increasing advanced treatment measures like coagulation and filtration,all these are the main measures to achieve remarkable effect on nitrogen and phosphorus removal for urban sewage plants construction.
