Abstract

With the continuous expansion of cities scale in China,a large number of existing buildings are facing demolition,and resulting huge amount of construction waste.Therefore the construction waste recycling is not only the times required,and for the protection of the environment,saving resources,ecological building is of great significance.The mechanical properties of mixed recycled aggregate concrete with different brick and concrete aggregate volume ratio are analyzed.The results show that:(1) For brick and concrete mixed recycled aggregate concrete,the greater the proportion of recycled brick aggregate,the greater the concrete strength decline.The impact of the proportion of recycled brick aggregate on concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength is more significant.(2) When recycled brick aggregate accounted for 30% and 50%,the 28 d flexural strength of recycled concrete is 4.7 MPa and 4.5 MPa respectively,which is close to the relevant requirements of cement concrete road.If the effective technical means are adopted to enhance recycled aggregate or recycled concrete,it is expected to make brick and concrete mixed recycled aggregate concrete for road works surface layer.(3) The concrete flexural strength and compressive strength have a good quadratic function relationship.The concrete splitting strength and compressive strength have a good power function relationship.While the concrete splitting strength and flexural strength has a good exponential function relationship.
