摘要

Abstract

Preparation of silicon carbide/cordierite composite porous ceramics by in situ reaction sintering technique using silicon carbide,aluminum nitride,aluminum oxide,aluminum hydroxide,aluminum fluoride,talc as the main raw material and graphite as pore-forming.The effects of the types of aluminum compounds,sintering temperature and graphite content on the composition,microstructure,porosity and flexural strength of SiC/cordierite multiphase porous ceramics were studied.At the same time,the SiC/ Cordierite composite porous ceramics were analyzed.The results show that the flexural strength and porosity of cordierite-bonded SiC porous ceramics are optimized with AlN as aluminum source at 1200 ℃ and the graphite content is 15%.The porosity is 31.99%,and flexural strength 86.20 MPa.S0 group average pore size of 3.0191 μm.
