摘要

Abstract

Silicon nanowire is a new type of low-dimensional nanomaterials,which are widely used in solar cells,lithium-ion batteries,field effect transistors and biosensors.The mechanism of gas-liquid-solid growth,solid-liquid-solid growth and oxide-assisted growth were detailedly introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various growth mechanisms were summarized.Finally,the related applications of silicon nanowire were also introduced and then looking forward to its development tendency.
