双层电解质极限电流型氧传感器的制备及其性能
Preparation and Properties of Limiting Current Oxygen Sensor with Bilayer Electrolyte

Abstract
A new limiting current oxygen sensor using LaNi0.6Fe0.4O3-δ (LNF) as dense diffusion barrier and 8YSZ (8mol% Y2O3 + ZrO2) and Ce0.9 Gd0.1O1.95 (GDC) as electrolyte layer was developed successfully via co-pressing and co-sintering method.The influences of temperature and oxygen content on oxygen sensitive characteristic for oxygen sensor were measured.The results indicate that the sensors exhibit better current plateaus at 800-820 ℃ with oxygen concentration varying from 0.3% to 1.2%.The response/recovery times of oxygen sensor are about 35 s and 45 s,respectively.The limiting current has a good lihear relationship with oxygen concentration.And the curves of log(IL · T)-1/T for oxygen sensor are linear correlation.关键词
