摘要

Abstract

In order to analyze the influence of each component of PBFC slurry on groutability,the fluidity and pumpable time of the slurry with different formula were tested.Through experiment it finds that the pumpable time and fluidity of the PBFC impervious material decrease with the add of bentonite and cement,the influence of polyvinyl alcohol and water reducing agent on the groutability interact with each other.Insure that make the groutability to meet specification requirements,it optimizes formula of PBFC metarial (mass percent) to:18%-24% cement,19%-26% bentonite,0.2%-0.8% polyvinyl alcohol,0.01%-0.03% water reducing agent and the rest is water.
