ZnO对黄磷炉渣微晶玻璃析晶影响
Effect of ZnO on Crystallization of Glass-ceramics from Yellow Phosphorus Furnace Slag

Abstract
A series of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method using yellow phosphorus furnace slag as the main raw material and adding different amount of zinc oxide.The crystallization activation energy was calculated using Kissinger equation.The crystal phase composition was calculated by FactSage 6.4.The results of simulation and calculation were proved by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that temperature of crystallization peak and the crystallization activation energy of basic glass gradually decrease with the increasing of zinc oxide content.When adding 7wt% zinc oxide,the crystallization activation energy of basic glass is minimum.The predominant crystalline phase is wollastonite(CaSiO3) and the minor crystalline phases is aluminian diopside(Ca (Mg,Al)(Si,Al)2O6)and it doesn't change with the increase of zinc oxide content.It is consistent with FactSage 6.4 calculation results.关键词
