钙基膨润土提纯制备球团黏结剂试验
Experimental Study on Preparation of Pellet Binder by Purified Ca-bentonite
摘要
Abstract
The Ca-bentonite is used as raw material which is purified by scrubbing-decentralization-separation and sodium-modified by extrusion method.The results show that pellet with sodium-modified purified Ca-bentonite dosage of 1.1％,the drop strength of green pellets is 4.0 times,explosion temperature is 525 ℃ and the compressive strength of dry pellets is 306 N/piece,can meet the requirements of pellet.Sodium-modified purified Ca-bentonite can reduce the dosage of binder in pellets production.关键词
