摘要

Abstract

For the research of combustion and flow of aluminized composite propellants and multiphase combustion of aluminum metal in a motor,the numerical simulation of aluminized composite propellants is carried out.Based on the EDC combustion model and particle surface reaction model of fluent software,the two-dimensional and two-phase turbulent combustion model of aluminized composite propellants has been established according to the gas phase and heterogeneous combustion theory of aluminum.It proves that the particle surface reaction model is reasonable to simulate the combustion of aluminum and it shows the change trend of temperature and pressure by simulating different mass fraction of Al2O3 particles.The result also proves that the particle surface reaction model can simulate the combustion of aluminum better in a motor,where the mass fraction of Al2O3 particles has a significant impact on the flow field.With the increase of particle phase content,the pressure decreases and the temperature increases in the combustion chamber as well as the engine two-phase flow loss increases and the engine thrust is therefore reduced.
