Effects of culture conditions in vitro on the biological characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cells
摘要
Abstract
Periodontal ligament stem cell, which is a kind of adult stem cell, owns the abilities of self-renewing and multi-differentiation and has become the hot spot in the oral tissue engineering.When cultured in vitro,different culture conditions such as primary cell separation methods, culture medium composition, oxygen concentration, culture time, cell storage conditions and other physical or chemical stimulation can change the proliferation, immigration or differentiation characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cell. This paper is committed to review on the research progress regarding the effects of the culture conditions in vitro on the biological characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cell in recent years and provide theoretical reference for tissue engineering.关键词
