Preconception oral health care and genetic counseling
摘要
Abstract
Women preparing for pregnancy often overlook oral health examination. Oral diseases are not only relatively intractable, but may also have a serious impact on the mother and fetus. Therefore, ensuring the oral health of pregnant women is important. Many oral genetic diseases exhibit congenital maxillofacial deformities, thus seriously affecting the quality of life. Preconception genetic counseling can help people understand oral genetic diseases and assess the recurrence risk. This article explains the preconception and pregnancy oral health education, common methods of prevention and treatment of oral diseases, and genetic counseling of related content.关键词
