摘要

Abstract

Lysozyme and cathepsin play an important role in fish innate immune system.Lysozyme is a biologically active non-toxic,non-polluting small molecule alkaline enzyme that can hydrolyze mucopolysaccharide.It participates in a variety of immune responses in the body and plays an important role in resisting the pathogen such as bacteria,fungi,viruses or tumor invasion.Cathepsin is the main member of the cysteine protease family and it has the key function in the different kinds of physiological and pathological activities.At present,the role of cathepsin in apoptosis is gaining more and more attention.This review mainly introduces the new research progress of fish lysozyme and cathepsin in biological function,gene cloning,tissue distribution and functional activity of recombinant protein in recent years.
