摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Grouper iridovirus is the major virus pathogen in South China,and causes high mortality to marine cultured grouper,which seriously threatens the healthy and sustain able development for grouper marioulture.Then effective detective techniques for the rapid diagnosis of SGIV infection are urgently needed.[Methods] Based on the nucleotide aptamer (Q2),the rapid detection and diagnosis technology of SGIV disease was systematically studied and a new Aptamer Q2-based fluorescent molecular probe (Q2-AFMP) was developed.The specificity.,sensitivity and stability of Q2-AFMP indetecting SGIV infection were analyzed.[Re-sults]Aptamer Q2-Based fluorescent molecular probe(Q2-AFMP)could detect SGIV infection with high specificity,sensitivity and stability.[Conclusion]The novel fluorescent molecular probe(Q2-AFMP)holds great potentials for rapid early diagnosis of pathogen SGIV infection in grouper mariculture in South China.
