颅脑外伤患者血清CNP、lGF-ll含量与脑损伤、炎症反应的相关性研究
The correlation of serum CNP and lGF-ll contents with brain injury and inflammatory re-sponse in patients with craniocerebral trauma

Abstract
Objective:To study tbe correlation of serum C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP)and insulin-like growtb fac-tor-II(IGF-II)contents witb brain injury and inflammatory response in patients witb craniocerebral trauma.Metbods:Patients witb craniocerebral trauma wbo were treated in tbe First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiao Tong University between Marcb 2015 and July 2017 were included in tbe case group of tbe study,and tbe bealtby volunteers wbo received pbysical examination dur-ing tbe same period were included in tbe control group.Tbe contents of CNP,IGF-II,nerve markers and pro-inflammatory cy-tokines in serum as well as tbe expression of inflammatory signaling molecules in peripberal blood were measured.Results:CNP and IGF-II contents in serum of case group were significantly lower tban tbose of control group(P<0.05)wbereas UCH-L1,GFAP,S100B,Tau,MIP-1α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α contents in serum as well as JAK2,STAT3,MEK and ERK1/2 mRNA expression in peripberal blood were significantly bigber tban tbose of control group(P<0.05);CNP and IGF-II contents in serum of case group were negatively correlated witb UCH-L1,GFAP,S100B,Tau,MIP-1α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α contents in serum as well as JAK2,STAT3,MEK and ERK1/2 mRNA expression in peripberal blood.Conclu-sion:Tbe decrease of serum CNP and IGF-II in patients witb craniocerebral trauma is closely related to tbe aggravation of brain injury and tbe over-activation of inflammatory response.关键词
