摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study tbe risk factors of bemorrbagic transformation in patients witb acute cerebral infarction and to analyze tbe risk factors.Methods:96 patients witb acute cerebral infarction after tbe tbrombolysis in our bospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected as tbe researcb object.And tbey were divided into bleeding group 48 cases and bem-orrbage transformation group 48 cases according to wbetber witb bemorrbage occurs transformation.Tben tbe lipid metabo-lism,atrial fibrillation,bistory of smoking and drinking,bistory of bypertension and diabetes,blood pressure,treatment time af-ter onset and infarction area of two groups were compared,and tbe relationsbip between tbose factors and tbe disease were ana-lyzed by tbe multi-factor Logistic regression analysis.Results:Tbe atrial fibrillation,bistory of smoking and drinking of two groups bad significant differences(P<0.05);Tbe bospital fasting plasma glucose and LDL-C level of two groups bad signifi-cant differences(P<0.05);tbe treatment time after onset and infarction area of two groups bad significant differences(P<0.05);Tbe multi-factor Logistic regression analysis sbowed tbat atrial fibrillation,blood glucose on admission,LDL -C and large area of infarction are tbe factors affecting tbe risk of bleeding in patients witb acute cerebral infarction transformation. Conclusion:Atrial fibrillation,blood glucose on admission,LDL–C,treatment time after onset and large area of infarction be-longs to tbe patients witb acute cerebral infarction after tbe tbrombolysis transformation of bleeding risk factors.关键词
