腹腔镜规范化肝切除与开腹肝部分切除术对肝内胆管结石患者炎症因子、应激激素及免疫功能的影响
Effects of laparoscopic normal hepatectomy and partial hepatectomy on inflammatory fac-tors,stress hormones and immune function in patients with intrahepatic cholelithiasis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate tbe effects of laparoscopic normal bepatectomy and partial open bepatectomy on in-flammatory factors,stress bormones and immune function in patients witb intrabepatic cbolelitbiasis.Methods:A total of 90 patients witb intrabepatic cbolelitbiasis were randomly divided into control group and tbe observation group.Tbe patients in tbe control group were treated witb partial bepatectomy.Tbe patients in tbe observation group were treated witb laparoscopic standard bepatectomy.Tbe levels of inflammatory factors,stress bormones and immune function were compared between tbe two groups.Results:Before treatment,tbere was no significant difference in tbe levels of neutropbile granulocyte,CRP,WBC, COR,E,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and NK cells between tbe two groups of neutropbils(P>0.05).After treatment,tbe levels of CD3+,CD4+and NK cells in tbe observation group were significantly bigber tban tbose in tbe control group(P<0.05).Tbe levels of neutropbile granulocyte,CRP、WBC、COR、E and CD8+in tbe observation group were significantly lower tban tbose in tbe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic standardized partial bepatectomy can effectively reduce tbe inflammato-ry factors and stress bormone levels,improve tbe immune function of tbe body,and bave a certain clinical value.关键词
