磁性铁基氧化物SCR脱硝催化剂的改性研究
Modification of magnetic iron-based oxide catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NOx with NH3

Abstract
A kind of iron-based oxide catalyst showing excellent NH3-SCR (selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3) activity is significant to control NOx emission from power plant.Microwave irradiation was used to assist the citric acid sol-gel method to prepare a new magnetic iron-based oxide catalyst,and the enhancement of cerium and tungsten addition on its NH3-SCR activity were also investigated.Finally,the influence of calcination temperature and citric acid on the NH3-SCR activity of magnetic iron-cerium-tungsten mixed oxide catalysts were studied.The results indicate that a new magnetic iron-based catalyst could be obtained through the citric acid sol-gel method assisted by microwave irradiation.Their NH3-SCR activity could be improved by the addition of cerium oxide or tungsten oxide.The NH3-SCR activity of magnetic iron-tungsten mixed oxide catalyst firstly increased and then decreased with the molar ratio of cerium increasing from 0.05 to 0.20,and the NH3-SCR activity of magnetic iron-cerium mixed oxide catalyst also firstly increased and then decreased with the molar ratio of tungsten increasing from 0.025 to 0.10.The optimum molar ratio for iron,cerium and tungsten [n(Fe) ∶ n(Ce) ∶ n(W)] was 0.85 ∶ 0.10 ∶ 0.05.The NH3-SCR activity over Fe0.85 Ce0.10 W0.05Oz firstly increased and then decreased when the calcination temperature or the molar ratio of citric acid and metal cation increased from 400 ℃ to 600 ℃ or from 0.25 to 0.10,respectively.The optimum calcination temperature is 500 ℃ and the appropriate molar ratio of citric acid and metal cation is 0.50.关键词
