摘要

Abstract

Through collecting the experimental data from domestic and foreign literature,the fragility models of frame joints and infill walls were built.Based on PEER performance assessment methodology of economic losses for individual building,RC frame structures and seismicallypassive controlled structures under each fortification intensity were designed.The numerical models were built and analyzed according to the analysis modules of this methodology.Thirteen ground motion records were selected to carry out plastic time-history analyses and the incremental dynamic analyses,through which structural response under different PGA could be obtained.Then the direct financial loss of the structure suffered earthquake with different PGA were analyzed,and the results between RC frame structures and seismicallypassive controlled structures were compared.The analytical results show that,compared with RC frame structures,in Ⅶ area,the constructional cost of passive controlled structures is 9% larger,while the seismic loss reduced by 62%;in Ⅷ area,the constructional cost and seismic loss are both reduced;and in Ⅸ area,the seismic loss is similar,while the constructional cost is reduced by 30%.
