一株鼠李糖乳杆菌的培养条件优化研究
A Study on Optimizing Culture Conditions for A Strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG

Abstract
To study the growth characteristics and the optimum culture condition for Lactobacillus rhamno-sus GG(LGG),the effects of temperature,initial pH of medium,oxygen level,and culture period on the growth of LGG were investigated through a single-factor test.The results indicated that the optimal temperature and pH of the culture condition were 39 ℃ and 6.0,and it was fittest for LGG to be bred in a relatively low level of dissolved oxygen.This study further confirmed that it was proper for LGG to grow in hypoxia a slightly acid con-dition,in which the active bacteria reached 108.5cFu/mL after culture for 6 h at 39 ℃.The above results pro-vide instructive significance for the scale production of LGG.关键词
