Abstract
Objective To understand the ways of obtaining the main medical drugs among the drug addicts in the three provinces of northern China,and to provide scientific basis for strengthening the supervision of medical drugs.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out an epidemiological among 5,677 drug addicts from compulsory isolation treatment centers in Gansu,Ningxia and Inner Mongolia.Results Compound diphenoxylate tablets,tramadol,triazolam and diazepam mainly came from regular drug stores and clinics and were mainly purchased in private;piperidine hydrochloride was mainly from friends,black markets and hospitals.Conclusion High attention should be paid to the abuse risks of medical drugs,to strengthen the co-treatment and supervision of medical drugs with potential abuse,and to eliminate the blind spots in the sales and use of medical drugs at the grass-roots level,and to minimize the disadvantages of special drugs.关键词
