北方三省区吸毒成瘾人群多药滥用现状及行为特征分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status of multidrug abuse among drug addicts in Gansu Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.Methods Epidemiological meth ods were used to investigate the status of multidrug abuse of narcotic and psychoactive drugs.Questionnaires were used to investigate into the drug addiction groups in compulsory detoxification centers.Results The top five objects of multidrug abuse in the three northern Chinese regions were heroin + methamphetamine,com pound diphenoxylate tablets + tramadol,heroin + triazolam,heroin + tramadol,methamphetamine + yellowing agent;in addition to compound fennophenate tablets and tramadol abuse;thc euphoria accounted for the high est proportion (77.8％) and the abuse of other four multidrugs accounted for 68.5％,66.7％,44.4％ and 51.7％;among heroin,methamphetamine and methamphetamine abusers,the proportion of people with peers around them was more than 70％;in terms of accessibility,the five kinds of multidrug abusers took the highest proportion of accessibility index 2,exceeding 60％,of which methamphetamine+yellowing agent was as high as 90.3％.Conclusion The drug abuse categories included heroin+methamphetamine,compound diphenoxylate tablets+tramadol,heroin+triazolam,heroin+tramadol,methamphetamine+yellowing agent,and drug abuse patterns varied between different provinces.Relevant departments in the province or regions concerned should increase their intensity of crackdown on multidrug abuse,strengthen the management of anesthetic and psychotic drugs,strengthen their comprehensive research on multidrug abuse and reduce the occurrence ofmultidrug abuse.关键词
